Possibilities
YARN DYEING
Dyeing capacity: 20 tons per month.
Equipment: dyeing – "Thies” (Germany) and "Nippon dyeing machine” (Japan);
WEAVING
The company is weaving loomstate linen and blended fiber fabrics for home textiles and garments.
Equipment: 166 looms CTB type – 100 are eccentric, 46 jacquard,; Picanol GTX – 24 looms.
Composition: pure linen, linen/cotton blend, linen/viscose blend
FINISHING
"Linas” is doing all finishing process of loomstate fabrics.
Bleaching: hypochloritic or alkaline–peroxide method. "Benninger” (Switzerland) line.
Dyeing: in jiggers and using cold dyeing method with reactive dyes from companies "DyStar” (Germany), "Ciba”, and "Clariant” (Switzerland).
Washing: in "Kusters” (Germany) equipment.
Printing: flat screen printing with pigment dyes. "Buser” (Switzerland) equipment.
Softening: mechanical and chemical softening. "Biancalani” and "Combisoft Jumbo” (Italy) equipment.
Special treatment: water-proof, grease and dirt repellent treatment. Especially high quality certified chemicals are used from companies "Cognis”, "Rudolf Chemie” (Germany), "Clariant” (Switzerland).
SEWING
"Linas” is sewing home textile items from more than 50% of produced fabrics.
Sewn items: curtains, various table covers, kitchen decoration items, bedding sets, other decorative interior items.
Cutting: usually half manual cutting is applicable considering fabric specific.
Operations: mittered corners, quilting, pleating, embroidering.
Accessories: buttons, rings, laces, bands, zippers.
